How are Collaborative Breakthroughs Different From Meetings?
- We design the work to be client-specific. Through our meetings and conversations we identify what our client needs, often discovering that the underlying challenges that must be solved for success.
- We develop “prework” for the participants that outlines the facts, information, context and constraints that will determine a successful solution(s).
- We work with clients to select the right participants — the influencers, doers, and decision-makers necessary to achieve success.
- We develop an environment that will generate collaboration, spark ideas, reduce stress and focus effective participation. We have transformed conference rooms, taken over outdoor adventure facilities, and created in-home intimate spaces based on clients needs.
- We capture work, visualize the conversations and document solutions through facilitation, graphic scribing, real-time digital notes and post-session summaries. timelines, action steps, road maps and/or communication tools.
- We handle all Logistics, such as choosing a venue to maximize creativity, building a collaborative environment, and planning meals and team outings.
