Leadership Engagement for a Fortune 500 Company

For five years we have supported and partnered with the senior technology leadership team. We began by aligning their team with their strategy, goals, and new way of working. Through multiple acquisitions, leadership and market changes we have helped their team develop operating models, delivery plans, budgets, customer solutions, tactical roadmaps and on-going strategies. This was accomplished as the team better understood how to more effectively work together, and continually improved employee engagement. Many times the solutions involved various aspects of the organization where we would bring together stakeholders from the business, finance, marketing, operations, and product.

Vision Rollout and Development for Nonprofit Organization

We have partnered with the CEO and worked alongside the senior leadership team to align and rollout a seven-year vision. During this time the organization has significantly increased the number of people its mission has impacted. In doing so, the services, programs and offering have significantly expanded. Our work began by aligning the Executive Leadership Team around the vision, impacts to the organization and key strategic initiatives. Next, we created and implemented a rollout kit to share the vision, and created department level ownership. Annually, we help the ELT align around strategy and goals which we then support and communicate to the organization.

TRANSFORMATION OF GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE COLLABORATION FOR HEALTHCARE

Designed and led a collaborative breakthrough for government, nonprofit and for-profit stakeholders to identify roadblocks and disconnects preventing them from transforming their piece of the healthcare industry. Additionally, we were engaged to communicate the 5-year strategy. We worked with senior leadership to translate the goals, initiatives, partners into a simplified journey map and video that showed the end state vision and how they would get there. This message was shared with all project teams which were tasked to develop individual action plans to support the initiative. The entire strategy was deployed and to every project team in less than two months.
